Terms & Conditions
Introduction
Atlantic Way Golf (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a specialist golf travel company offering custom golf vacation packages across Ireland, Scotland, and other premium destinations. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with us and form the basis of your contract with Atlantic Way Golf. Please read them carefully.
By confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all participants in your group.
1. Booking & Payment
Provisional Bookings
We can hold provisional bookings for up to 7 days unless otherwise specified. After this time, we reserve the right to release all arrangements.
Confirming a Booking
To confirm your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package price. This deposit secures all services including accommodation, golf tee times, and transportation.
Final Payment
Final balances are due no later than 60 days prior to your trip start date. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking, with loss of deposit.
Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer or major credit cards. Bank details will be supplied at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation by You
If you cancel your trip, the following cancellation charges apply:

More than 60 days before departure: loss of deposit

31–60 days: 50% of total trip cost

15–30 days: 75% of total trip cost

14 days or fewer: 100% of trip cost
Cancellation by Atlantic Way Golf
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, supplier failure), you will receive a full refund of payments made, or an alternative itinerary will be offered.
3. Travel Insurance
Atlantic Way Golf strongly recommends all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, loss of belongings, and golf equipment. We do not accept liability for any costs or losses incurred as a result of insufficient insurance coverage.
4. Amendments
Amendments by You
Changes requested after booking may incur additional fees. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee all changes will be possible.
Amendments by Us
We reserve the right to make minor changes to your itinerary, such as tee time adjustments or hotel substitutions. We will notify you promptly of any significant changes and offer suitable alternatives.
5. Golf & Weather
Golf is subject to weather conditions and course availability. Refunds for golf missed due to weather are subject to the individual course’s rain check policy, not Atlantic Way Golf. We recommend checking each course's cancellation policy in advance.
6. Responsibilities & Liability
We act only as an agent between you and the service providers (hotels, golf courses, transport companies). While we select our partners carefully, we are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions by third parties.
You are responsible for meeting any travel requirements, including passports, visas, and COVID-19 regulations, for all destinations on your itinerary.
7. Code of Conduct
All clients are expected to behave respectfully towards service providers, fellow travelers, and local communities. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund in the case of disruptive or abusive behavior.
8. Complaints
Any complaints must be raised with us as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to address the issue during your trip. Complaints made after your return must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the trip’s end.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.
