Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your golf vacation with Atlantic Way Golf. By making a reservation with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Contract
When you book a golf vacation with Atlantic Way Golf, a contract is formed between the named client (“you”) and Atlantic Way Golf (“we”, “us”). The contract is established once your booking is confirmed in writing, and your deposit is received. You must be over 18 years of age to book a package with us.
2. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of [typically 25%] is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your tour unless otherwise stated. If your booking is made within 60 days of travel, full payment is required upon confirmation.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking, with applicable cancellation charges.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your trip, notice must be provided in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:

30–59 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total tour cost

Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total tour cost
No refunds are provided for unused services or early departures. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation and interruption.
